To help and support Older adults, seniors and Veterans find healing through community and housing
Imani & Co. Living was founded by a Registered nurse with a background in geriatric and discharge care. After repeatedly witnessing older adults discharged from hospitals to sheltersor or worse, to the streets, I knew I had to act. Many of these individuals were too frail to advocate for themselves and lacked the resources to secure safe housing.
Our mission is to provide safe, supportive, and age-appropriate housing for unhoused or at-risk seniors, veterans, and older adults navigating complex transitions. We focus on health-aligned housing models that promote long-term stability, wellness, and dignity.
With firsthand knowledge of the challenges facing aging patients and a passion for restorative housing, Imani & Co. Living transforms private homes into sanctuaries of support. We offer wraparound services including medication coordination, mobility support, transportation assistance, and connection to benefits.
We don’t just provide shelter, we restore stability for some of our most vulnerable neighbors.

Imani & Co. Living is dedicated to providing housing assistance to Older adults, seniors and Veterans along with those of the underserved communities Which include young interns, women fleeing from domestic abuse, and those transitioning out of homelessness in Durham and Raleigh, North Carolina. . We aim to offer a safe haven and support system for those who served our country selflessly, and provide a resource for the local community.
